Card Condition Guide

This guide is how we (Pluto TCG) assign conditions to our singles. We will try our best to provide pictures of any cards over $20 in value, but our technology isn't perfect. Before you order a card you think looks good in the pictures, give this guide a read in case the camera quality doesn't pick up an imperfection or two.

*Please note that we do not review the conditions of cards inside of graded slabs. We go solely off of the given grade. This guide is for ungraded singles only!

 

NM (Near Mint)

The card is in great condition with no creases or bends present. The card may have very slight imperfections, which could be any 1-2 listed below:

​

*Slight whitening on the back of the card.

*Slightly off center on either the front or back of the card.

*Barely visible surface scratches.

*Extremely light discoloration (from wear).

LP (Lightly Played)

This card has seen a little love, but still remains in relatively decent condition. It could have anywhere from 1-3 of the imperfections listed below:

​

*Visible spots of whitening on the back of the card.

*Slightly off center on one/both sides of the card.

*Visible surface scratch.

*Light discoloration.

MP (Moderately Played)

We will rarely carry cards in this condition. This card has clearly been played with, but isn't damaged. There may be a few imperfections, such as:

*Large amounts of noticeable whitening on the back of the card.

*Completely off center.

*1 or more visible surface scratches.

*Noticeable discoloration.

*Small crease on any corner of the card (only the corner, no damage anywhere else).

Damaged

We will not carry damaged cards.
